Cattle are pasture-raised on the family's Hillsborough farm and the beef is dry aged for 10 days, then flash frozen. Dozens of cuts, from brisket and short ribs to filet and NY strip, are sold at the Hillsborough and Wyckoff farm markets.

Also sells pork, chicken, eggs and honey.
