Cattle graze the grasslands of Sitkinak Island, and the ranch sells its grass-fed beef as whole or half sides, ground beef and beef bundles, along with whole and half hogs. Orders take a deposit, are cut and frozen in the fall, and ship out from Kodiak once hanging weight is set.
Also sells pork.
