Here at Ashcraft Beef, we raise Angus beef finished on grass and grain without added antibiotics or growth hormones. All our cattle are born and raised right here on the farm, in Ellis County Texas. We have your beef processed at a USDA inspected facility to ensure a top-quality finished product. We offer bulk beef by the whole, 1/2 or 1/4, we also have subscriptions and smaller orders available for customers that have limited freezer space. Have questions?
