Full-blood Wagyu, F1 Wagyu and Angus cattle graze open pasture here and are grain finished, then sold as steaks, roasts, patties and oxtail at the ranch's own store on Oil Well Rd. Whole and half beef are taken by reservation, and the store hosts a Saturday farmers market.
