Purebred Corriente cattle born and raised on the ranch produce grass fed Criollo beef, dry aged at least 16 days before cutting. Individual cuts turn up at the Honeyman stores in Prescott and Prescott Valley, and whole or half animals are reserved with a mailed form and deposit.
