Calves born in the high mountains are grass fed and finished on the family's Wolf Creek Ranch in the Chama Valley, sold alongside yak and lamb. Steaks, roasts, ground beef and bulk bundles ship overnight from the online shop, with special orders brought to the Santa Fe and Los Alamos farmers markets.
