On the windward side of Oahu, the ranch raises its own grass-fed and finished beef plus pork, lamb, shrimp and oysters. Its meats, produce and beef jerky are sold at the KualoaGrown Market, a brick-and-mortar farmers market in the old Ranch House open every day.
