A small herd of heritage Black and Red Angus is raised from birth on 220 acres of perennial pasture, and the beef sells as steak bundles, cuts, sausage and through a monthly CSA. Orders are home delivered in Chicago, Oak Park and Evanston or picked up at farmers markets.
Also sells pork, lamb, eggs and chicken.
