Steers graze pasture with a little feed made from the farm's own corn, and the beef is dry-aged at least 21 days after processing at a USDA plant in Dover. Buy cuts, beef bundles or 1/8 and 1/4 freezer beef at the on-farm market, open Tuesday through Saturday.
Also sells pork, chicken, eggs and lamb.
