Cattle and sheep are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on a 250-acre ranch in the Lake Elsinore hills. Cuts sell at a San Diego showroom open Wednesday to Sunday and at farmers markets across San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties, with quarter, half and whole beef by pre-order.

Also sells pork, lamb, chicken and eggs.
