Quarter beef taken on deposit for 2026, with butcher dates from May through November and at least 50 pounds of ground beef plus steaks, roasts, short ribs and brisket in each share. Pickup is arranged around Missoula, or boxes ship by UPS ground within two days. Cattle are aged 24 to 30 months and raised without hormones, vaccines or antibiotics.
